The tower is an 86m high, Commercial building built over a total ground area of 4000 m².
The tower composed of two parts: accommodating office apartments, and the commercial part including the basement, ground, mezzanine & first floor.

Scope of work

Construction Development Center team has been awarded the presentation of the complete structural design and structural details for the tower.
