The company assembles and distributes passenger cars and commercial vehicles. In addition, it distributes motorcycles, scooters, tires, and automotive accessories. The company operated Egypt's largest network of service centers in 2006. Ghabbour's flagship arm, the International Trade Agencies Marketing Corporation (ITAMCO), holds the exclusive rights from South Korea's Hyundai Motor Company to assemble and distribute Hyundai cars, which was Egypt's best selling passenger cars in 2006 with a 27% market share.

Construction Development Center Team has been awarded the renovation and the outset of Ghabbour Automotive showroom expanding.
An airplane moving through the sky could be the inspiration for the next store design. A lightning storm could inspire the next corporate office design. We designed a building after being moved by the patterns of a butterfly on a leaf. . . Our design philosophy is to be open to our surroundings and the design will find us.
