Designed and engineered by CDC, Welco Building new 1500 m² offices will serve as a workplace. The iconic building will become home to 250 employees, and was designed to provide a functional and attractive building firmly rooted in the Egyptian context. The building incorporates a number of sustainable initiatives to allow optimum natural light to enter the building while at the same time keeping the building cool. These include the external shades on the curtain wall, which are both decorative and functional, high-performance glass and the optimization of glazing.
