Scope of work
CDC team was challenged to redesign the school spaces that would celebrate a progressive, vividly inspiring and open-minded educational environment rooted in the Egyptian multicultural richness. The design responds to several major challenges, including the existing facility that was built more than 15 years ago, the short period allocated for execution due to operations restrictions . The flexible school design includes formal teaching classrooms, science laboratories, administration areas, toilet facilities and others
An airplane moving through the sky could be the inspiration for the next store design. A lightning storm could inspire the next corporate office design. We designed a building after being moved by the patterns of a butterfly on a leaf. . . Our design philosophy is to be open to our surroundings and the design will find us.
